Difficulty rating
Medium

This will be a moderately strenuous hike requiring good movement skills in crampons over some fairly steep terrain. Don't be scared away if you haven't used crampons before - we'll be sure to go over the basics and help you out! We will be traveling 8.5 miles and gain 2500 feet of elevation. We're expecting precipitation - so good waterproof gear is essential.

We will be hiking across the 4 Wildcats Peaks ideally summiting multiple 4000 footers. We will be right next to Mt. Washington so if we get a break in the weather we should have some good views too! We plan to complete the traverse point-to-point and the drivers (or maybe just Jacob) will hitch a ride back to our start and come back for the pick up. This means we won't be retracing our steps!
