Want to learn how to backcountry ski?
We'll be headed to Pat's Peak on Saturday for a day of beginner backcountry skiing! We will be doing a day of uphill touring and downhill skiing for people who want to familiarize themselves with backcountry gear and uphill skiing in an easy and fun environment -- weather notwithstanding! Please only sign up for this trip if you are comfortable with strenuous exercise and know how to ski on blacks.
Trip costs:
There is no cost to travel uphill at Pat’s Peak so that translates into some big bangs for your buck! Participants can rent gear from MITOC, as needed.
