Every year I take time in the spring to refresh my memory on important self-rescue skills. I'd like to open this refresher up to the community. Folks who have prior experience and are looking to refresh their own skills are ideal but it is open to anyone.

If there is a lot of interest in this TRS we will hold a second one on Thursday, keep an eye on the trips page.

We will cover the knots below and will discuss how they can be used in different real world situations.
