Prerequisites
Above treeline experience, crampon experience, good physical fitness.

We will be hiking Mt. Washington via Lion's head trail for the ascent and Boott Spur trail for the descent. This is a ~ 9 miles loop that offers great views of the Tuckerman Ravine.

We will likely have to use microspikes, crampons as well as snowshoes. With a ~ 3 miles above-treeline stretch and cold conditions, this will be a good opportunity taste everything winter hiking offers.

Previous above-treeline winter hike experience is required.
