Prerequisites
Have winter hiking experience, have hiked 10+ miles in 3-season conditions

Join us in our mission of delivering pizza to the summit of Garfield! We may or not may not make it to the top, but either way there will be pizza.

This will be a difficult hike, as the trail is ~12 miles and 3000' elevation. In addition, the forecast for Saturday looks fairly abysmal (-40F on the summit after windchill), which means that we'll require you to have your layering system already down, and will take only short breaks for water and snacks. Full facial covering is absolutely required, even though this is a B-rated trip, as the summit is exposed.

If you're excited about testing your skills at staying warm in tough conditions, and more optionally if you love pizza, this is the trip for you!
