Prerequisites
Winter hiking experience

Come sunbathe with us on the gorgeous above-treeline summit of Mt. Adams! With Sunday's promised clear skies and the intense sunlight reflected off of snow, it'll be a perfect afternoon to get our tan on (for the 0% of our bodies that will be exposed), and after hiking up, all you'll want to do is lie down anyway.

Leis, hot chocolate, tiny drink umbrellas, and awesome views to be provided; sweet shades and tropical colors encouraged.

Key stats: 9.6 miles and ~4400 feet of elevation gain via the Lowe's Path trail

Bonus: crampon practice, self-arrest skills, & your leaders putin on a tropical show

Notes
  1. What is your winter hiking experience? Have you previously been above treeline? 2. Any dietary restrictions? 3. Will you be coming from Boston or staying at a cabin Saturday night (if so, which)? 4. What out-of-context tropical thing would you be most excited to encounter in the White Mountains winter? 5. Would you carry a beach towel to the summit?
