What

This is an intermediate ice climbing trip for those who have already had a taste of ice, but quench for more!

Goals

Join us and hone your ice climbing skills by climbing harder(ish) grades. You must have ice climbed within in the last year and know how to top rope belay. Knowing how to lead belay and rappel are bonuses but not required.

We plan to talk about and practice finding good foot placements and tool placements and how to avoid breaking up as much ice as you climb.

Cost

  • $15 - Covers trip fee and ice gear. Does not cover cabin fee, overnight gear, or gas for your driver.
  • +$7/night - If you plan to stay at Intervale

When

Monday, January 15th 2018 at 8am

Where

Climbing location will be announced at a later date before the trip.

Cabin Option (OPTIONAL):

Some folks will be staying at Intervale Sunday night to cut down on the morning drive before climbing. There is an additional $7 per person per night to stay at the cabin.
