Type
Ice climbing
Trip date
Saturday, December 16th, 2017
Difficulty rating
depends on participants
Prerequisites
MITOC rating I or co-I. Priority is given to women.

The purpose of these trips is to enable ice co-leaders and leaders to progress toward becoming more experienced and safer ice leaders. For some, that may mean simply getting more experience whacking ice in a variety of conditions (on toprope). For others it may mean getting more experience leading steep ice. A range of leading experience is welcome (including none and lots). Priority is given to women.

Location will depend on conditions.

  2. Briefly, what ice experience do you have so far?

  3. Can you provide dry rope, draws, ice screws, car?

  4. How interested are you in the ice climbing trip being all female? (5 = very interested; 0 = not at all interested)
