- Good physical shape; previous experience using traction (either microspikes or crampons) during winter hiking
We'll hike up to the East Peak of Mount Osceola via the Greeley Ponds Trail, then continue up to the summit of Mount Osceola, which on a good day has a clear 220-degree view including Mount Washington and much of the White Mountains! The trip is 7.6 miles round trip with 3100 feet of elevation gain. Expect some scrambles between the two peaks.
