Prerequisites
Enthusiasm and something tropical!

It may be a cold day, but it'll be a hot hike! Bring your favorite tropical fruit or juice, wear a Hawaiian shirt, bring a tiny umbrella for your nalgene, or do whatever else makes you think of the tropics.*

We will be hiking up Mt. Whiteface (4020') in the southern Whites via the Blueberry Ledge Trail. The hike is 7.8 miles round trip, with a 2850 foot ascent. There are good views along the hike up, and great views near the summit! [Note: We will be starting the hike pretty early, to ensure Kayla can make it back to Boston for her Sunday evening flight, so be warned!]

  • Please still dress appropriately for winter weather :P
