This will be a snowshoeing hike to Mts. Starr King and Mt. Waumbek (total: 7.2 miles, 2800 ft. gain), in the northern part of the White Mountains. Just beyond the Mt. Waumbek summit, we'll get a view of the Presidential Range on Presidents' Day! If there is time and interest, we might go a further 0.2 mile to the east peak of Waumbek, which has a restricted view to the north.

Required pre-trip meeting: Thursday, February 13, 7:00pm, the MIT Stratton Student Center (W20) - meet not at the MITOC office but at the central lounge on the 4th floor, by the elevators.
