Prerequisites
Previous winter hiking experience and being in a relatively good shape

We'll be heading to the Southern side of the Presidential Range to get familiar with above treeline travel.

We'll start from the AMC Highland Center, hike Crawford Path up to Mt Pierce, and then pop above treeline to head towards the summit of Mt Eisenhower.

If conditions are not too harsh and the group is in a good shape, we may even go all the way to Mt Franklin and Mt Monroe until we reach our turnaround time. In any case, we'll head back toward the Highland center the way we came from.

The hike will be at least 8.5 miles with 3300ft of elevation gain. Map: https://caltopo.com/m/PQQF
