Come learn about the various boats available at MITOCs boathouse (confusingly located away from the waterfront): canoes, sea kayaks, whitewater kayaks, whitewater canoes, windsurfers, and kites!

Keyholder training and MITOC membership are mandatory for all those who want to rent boats. Also, all boats except canoes are restricted gear that require approval from the appropriate boat chair.

Training will take place at the boathouse in building N52, near the MIT Museum. Meet at the loading dock, in the parking lot across 22 Windsor St.; training will last ~1 hour. OPTIONAL happy-hour post-training for anyone who wants to talk shop/boats!

Read ahead about the rental procedures here: http://mitoc.mit.edu/#boathouse to expedite Q/A portion.
